Ever since he could walk Sean had his sights set on a professional golf career. He was well on his way ranking among the top amateurs in the country while in high school, eventually earning Captain's honors on the Varsity golf team at Taylor University in Indiana. After suffering a season ending injury, he transferred to the University of Cincinnati where he earned a BA in business administration with a focus on economics. Most impressive is Sean's commitment to helping others. He is an active member of the Optimist International, Shoes 4 Shoeless, Young life, and was a recipient of Leadership scholarships at both Taylor and Cincinnati. Sean's passion and commitment to guiding, teaching, and leading others makes him an incredible salesman and valued member of Top Tier. For fun, Sean still golfs whenever the weather permits and considers himself somewhat of a driving enthusiast.
Casey is the creative of the bunch. Responsible for the designing of all that is Top Tier, Casey takes great pride in his work focusing his efforts on making Top Tier the best looking, most creative, and overall coolest soccer brand out there. His "outside the box" approach to design helps Top Tier's apparel stand above others who produce the same generic gear year after year. Casey attended Marietta College in southeastern Ohio where he earned a BA in Communications Studies and a BFA in Fine Arts with a focus on ceramic sculpture. Casey has earned honors for his works in both painting and sculpture. However, his greatest accomplishment came in 2011 where he and three other seniors lead Marietta's varsity baseball team to it's 5th NCAA division III National Championship. In his free time, Casey has a serious passion for cycling, snow skiing, golf, painting, and guitar.
It takes something special for a young adult fresh out of college to put everything they have into starting their own business. Colin is not lacking in that special stuff. After graduating from Wright State University with a degree in Finance, Colin saw an untapped market and decided to dive head first into business ownership. Like hundreds of success stories, Colin started Top Tier in his parents garage with little more than a bank loan, a gifted business mind, and a whole lot of ambition. Colin's incredible attention to detail has been a large part of Top Tier's success. However, as someone who likes to calculate and analyze every aspect of his business, Colin's greatest hurdle was learning to effectively deal with the incredible amount of adversity Top Tier has faced to this point. Trust us when we say, everything that could have possibly gone wrong, certainly has. Foul weather, vehicle and trailer failure, destroyed tents, fudged purchase orders, fully booked hotels, last second tournament cancellations, did we mention bad weather? Entering his fourth year of business ownership, Colin is very encouraged by his emerging leadership abilities, his ever-growing company, and his newly built team. Outside of the office, Colin loves to golf, bowl, mix music, and can be quite the shark on a pool table.
